I am a graduate and would love to run a year master degree program in Australia or New Zealand. I don't really have any school at hand, Please i will appreciate any recommendation, with cost. Yes, i read Mechanical Engineering.

You will have to contact the New Zealand Immigration because the last time I checked, they handle all NZ Visa applications including Student Visas. Here are a couple of links:
