While

South South excluding Rivers 96,994,939,566

south West excluding lagos is 5 states , south East excluding enugu is 4 states while south south excluding Rivers is 5 states
comparing 4 states and 5 states is not equal comparison

no, the tax is not on the minors but on the businessmen who have been making profit from this minors according to the population of the school.
The schools pay tax aside and each student pay tax. That's two different things, you can come down to Ekiti and confirm

You are the foolish one here. P&G has no office in Rivers State. Stop lying Mr. Tax Evasion. Do you even know the meaning of tax evasion? You come here to display your foolishness with such level of confidence. Typical SS ogogoro boy. Go to school and learn. Don't go about smoking SK. Its affecting your brain.

My brother if its true that the students (minors) also pay separate tax then Fayose is wrong and must be made to see it. Thanks for the info, I have not been to Ekiti but my very good friend in PH is from Ekiti.

LMAO. So you're feminine now? Still doesn't explain why you are this senseless. Read and damage ignorance. But you wouldn't listen. Your kinds would be lurking around IOCs and mega corporations looking for community slots. I have a lot of you bring letters from your community chiefs to my office with absolutely nothing in your skulls.

Your friend might be working for a distributor of P&G, definitely not P&G. Don't be stupid next time.

You might actually be beautiful, but you are definitely without brains. Cheers sweetheart!

The same P & G you weren't able to spell correctly at our initial conversation.
You should be thanking me for massaging your brain muscles. I apologise for every insult (which you started BTW). I thought you were a guy. Enjoy your week.

The Lagos figures is why many people think there is something special in Lagos but what we should all know is that there is no property in Lagos, no real estate that does not pay Land use charges annually and there might be 10 million buildings in Lagos. No landlord escapes every year. they all pay without exception. This money should be going to the LGs as tenement but it goes to the state and Lagos is the only state in the country like that. that is the trick being played in Lagos. If Delta state have thesame policy, they will do almost half of Lagos IGR. Same with Anambra and in reality there is no reason why someone should be collecting rent without paying tenement rate.

So nothing special in Lagos, if Abia sits up, they will make up to 40 percent of Lagos IGR.
Then any state making 100 billion on tenement can make 1 trillion on income taxes.

What is wrong with oyo state.

It's like the state is on hibernation mode.Imagine hovering between 15bn for the past 6 years.

The governor needs to take a tutorial from it's ogun state counterpart.

As for ekiti,so borno is more vibrant than fayose's haven. SMH.

For ondo state, how does a state's igr decreases?

You just photocopied my mind.

Oyo state's government is useless.

Ondo state's is even more useless.

And Kano tops the lot of uselessness.

Give any Lagos state governor past or present any of the above states and watch them do wonders.

As regards Imo, Bayelsa and Delta, "plus including" their non-functional colleagues in the north -- no comment.

This is very laughable as if Fayemi (I am not his fan anyway) has been ruling Ekiti since 1960)!
I hope you know that Ayo Fayose has ruled Ekiti State more than Fayemi and PDP has ruled EKiti more than any other party and Tinubu has no role in this matter, please excuse the guy, he is NOT the cause of your poverty.

Acidosis:

Yes, I'm hustling for my future but I've got no chill for hypocrites.

If it is safe to blame GEJ for Buhari's failures, why can't we blame Fayemi and Tinubu for Fayose's so called failures on IGR?
