I tried the code on more than 10 sims. None seemed to work

I think it is location-dependent because I am in Ado-Ekiti and I have tried the code on close to 20 different sims belonging to friends, family and colleagues and of diverse numbers, 070...080...081...090... but none returned the eligible response! If you live in Ado-Ekiti and ur sim is eligible tell us here
