Kindly pick up the 2015 budget drawn by your GEJ and point out to me if one kobo was budget in 2015 for the project. If nothing was budgeted by GEJ for it in 2015, kindly tell us how the contractors should have continued work without payment and kindly tell us how that was Buhari's doing?....
