● REFUSED to sign the 2016 Budget Appropriation Bill FUNDAMENTALLY because of the absence of the EAST-WEST Coastal Railway Project worth $12bn that was NOT in the Budget.
● Approved International Flights for Air Peace from Enugu International Airport to the following destinations:
a) Atlanta, USA
b) Dubai, United Arab Emirates
c) Johannesburg South Africa
d) Mubia, India
e) Gwuanzuo, China.
● The 2nd Niger Bridge Project to kick off as soon as the 2016 Budget is approved
● Approved the Yuan swap deal...It is a NO brainer that Igbos are the ones trading with the Chinese and traders are celebrating that the nightmare of changing Yuan to Dollar and then Naira vice versa is now a thing of the past
● The launching (and full federal Government support ) of the Calabar-Katsina-Ala Super Highway as well as the Bakassi deep seaport that our Igbo brothers will DEFINITELY & TREMENDOUSLY benefit from

Food for thought...

There is a trend in nigeria
When gej was president they said he is appointing only igbos into power bt projects are executed in other parts of nigeria..that's nigeria
I bet you buhari may finish his tenure without any appreciable project in north

The railway line does not pass through Igbo land. Peace air line is a private venture. The second Niger bridge is not Buharis project. In fact he stopped it when he took over
Buhari stopped the Owerri Airport from becoming an international airport. If Buhari was in power, Enugu airport would not have been an international air port. We all know that.

Speak what you know and stop letting prejudice and irrational hatred becloud your reasoning. What do you mean by saying PMB stopped 2nd Niger Bridge project?... Kindly pick up the 2015 budget drawn by your GEJ and point out to me if one kobo was budget in 2015 for the project. If nothing was budgeted by GEJ for it in 2015, kindly tell us how the contractors should have continued work without payment and kindly tell us how that was Buhari's doing?.... And what do you even mean by 2nd Niger Bridge isn't Buhari's project?... Is it supposed to be a person's personal property?... What fraction of the total sum for the bridge was even provided by GEJ?.... So if that bridge is eventually built, you and your ilk would start jumping around singing the bridge belongs to GEJ? undecided You guys need to grow up!

The core North never hid their hatred for GEJ, both during and after the elections, yet he carried them along in his government. The North held prominent and strategic positions in GEJ's government. GEJ executed many viable projects in the North at the expense of his people with the crude oil wealth from his own backyard.

Yorubas had very important positions under GEJ. Yoruba elites were featured in Forbes magazine and yet they called GEJ unprintable names all over the place.

During GEJ's administration the Appeal court’s judgment made the likes of Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State, Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo, Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun and former Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti, to assume governorship positions. Such feat was a taboo in Obj's time.
