graduation the state would pay the average salary of the profession as if he or she is employed until
employment is found.

12. A portion of Libyan oil sale is, credited directly to the bank accounts of all Libyan citizens.

i know someone who frequents lybia,he said before ghaddafi's death,they pay you monthly once you are an adult,no be small money oooo and education was free from primary to any level,,lybia then was the definition of paradise,fuel and water are almost the same price,that a lybian can leave his car's engine on then go in a supermarket to shop

Please for clarity sake, western media never for once reported the killings of BokoHaram as genocide..

Rather it was the northern leaders the reported the killing of BokoHaram as genocide under APC propaganda machine during GEJ. .
