JOB DESCRIPTION:
 File Management (Ensuring that files are properly kept and secured)
 Mail management ( Receipt and preparation of mails)
 Dispatch of internal mails
 General Office Operational support services (Not personal errand)
 Work on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Any other official duty that may be assigned by Supervisory Officer(s)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
 Very quick learner
 Keen attention to details
 Problem Solving
 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite1
 Interpersonal skills
 Good written and oral communication

Educational Qualification
 OND Graduate only (Minimum Lower Credit)
 Age: Not more than 27 years
 Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage
