Dear 2016 batch A stream II pcms, It has been brought to our notice that Aunty Kemi (Minister of Finance) is the one delaying us. Our big Aunty has refused to release the needed 13billion naira!. It should be noted that for the past few weeks, we've mounted pressure on the DG, Senator Ogba and Solomon Daloung which made them did the needful.
