I'm about to start an okada hire purchase,ive gotten myself some info on how to get a fairly -used bike, the agreement to be signed etc.
one aspect I still don't know about is how to get a reliable rider or how to screen through a few to select one.

Use normal recruitment process. Advertize (preferably in ur worship place). Let everyone applying produce necessary permits (as certificates i.e) & @ least a guarantor. Interview the applicants orally & practically (by having each applicant drive u or ur dog across town). Then choose only d best according to ur innermost intuition.
