Come and join us on the first ever Lagos City Local Guides community meet-up.
Local Guides is a global community of explorers who share photos, answer local questions, add or fix places, and write reviews on Google Maps. Millions of people rely on contributions from local guides to decide where to go and what to do. We are planning a day of full activities from training sessions in the morning followed by great coffee in the afternoon plus a visit to Lekki Beach. Everyone is welcome to join.

At this meet-up,
1. We'll be introducing attendees to the Local Guides program, Google Map Maker and the point system.
2. Local Guides from Lagos City will get together to learn how to make money adding new local businesses to Google Maps and helping them get verified.
3. There will be a series of photography sessions and to enjoy the Lekki Beach atmosphere along with a visit to the Lekki Beach.

Call a friend and come to connect with other explorers, enjoy snacks, take photos together, drink local coffee and get featured on Google local guide platform.

Cost: The event will cost N1000 inclusive coffee and snacks. However, the participants will have to cover the expenses of their transport to Lekki Beach.

Who Can Attend
Local guides, freelancers, students, small business owners, taxi drivers, individuals with internet knowledge and everyone can attend.
