Location definitely if your preferred place of residence is Lagos should be; Ikeja (Toyin Street and environs, Awolowo way etc). Yaba and Surulere are other places to consider as well especially Tejuosho, Ojuelegba road and environs.

You should also target areas with a lot of beauty salons and parlours because they are typically your main market.

Busy streets and bus stops in commercial areas are also good places to locate a beauty/cosmetic shop.
