Not all are paramedicals actually.using paramedical is somehow derogatory. Paramedicals are more of technicians.I think allied' should be more suitable.

In reality, never heard of med students copying each other in such a theory exam setting. Invigilation and setting always high standard and the stakes to high to risk.
Failure rate in theory exams is generally low anyway. OSCEs are the koko.
