Guys, help me out. I bought a 4G Glo sim and did the necessary but it refused to browse like my brother's sim. I use a R5 plus and He uses a Tecno.

...took it to their office and the rep was like the Problem is my phone and she shows me a list of phones with Glo broadband or whatever but I don't think she really knew what is wrong.

Anyone that fixed or knows how I can fix this, abeg help meh.

Confirm what band Glo 4G is on and then confirm if your device supports that band.

I'm doubting it does Sha.

Currently I have 7 tabs open on chrome for over 2 weeks. On Friday morning I was watching a Facebook video in the office and then I paused it, in the evening when I got back home, I tapped the Facebook app and the video continued from where I stopped. It didn't refresh. Meanwhile, during during the course of the day, I had other apps like camscanner, camera, twitter and Chrome running.
I think the RAM management in this RN5 is good. It's actually the 3/32 GB version.

Instead of incremental upgrade, try do full upgrade. download the full global stable rom and install via the updater app.

Objection your honor! The clearing cache on that screenshot refers to closing all apps that are currently running. I suppose it excludes system apps.

By the way, it makes sense to close all running apps 10 minutes after you lock your screen. It saves your battery and mobile data.

Try another browser to see if the behavior is the same. That could be Google Chrome default behavior.

That's exactly how i know it's refreshing. I leave posts sitting and then jump to another tab maybe to copy a link, but sometimes I don't meet it when i get back.
