Can anyone help please my redmi note 5 reduces the volume by it self and when u check the volume bar it will be full. Sometimes when I make call the volume will grey out and I will have to put on speaker before I can hear. Please help. Thanks

Great device!. But never allow the screen touch the ground. Screen now costs 65% of the original phone cost price. Was 70% b4. You should know how much that is.
If you can "pet" phone like egg then it's a fantastic device

Pls o, those who flashed custom ROM, how much Ram does you custom ROM OS use? I have 3gb ram MIUI alone uses about 1.8gb to run leaving me with 1.2 which is not enough for my online gaming. I'm tired of lag already �

LOL even note 7 dey lag. What games are lagging on your note 7? Cos even note 8 sef no fit play some games well, asphalt 9 lags on medium settings, cannot play pes 2020 in high settings I just tire

Stop spreading misinformation here. Rn8 plays pes 2020 at highest settings without any lag.

I have never played asphalt 9 on it but the only game that lagged on my Rn8 were shadowgun legends at highest settings and ark survival. Even Nba 2k20 plays smoothly. Psp games play at 60 fps.

Maybe you're using the 3gb ram variant sha.

MIUI is vast and you have to be smart if you want to get the best out of it. You should understand that the more features you enable the more of your RAM/ROM MIUI consumes. I have studied two (2) of such features closely: DUAL APPS & SECOND SPACE!!! This two features are cool but not always advisable for people with 3gb RAM devices or below, when I joined the Xiaomi family I was flaunting the above mentioned features alot on a 3gb ram device until I downloaded pes2020 mobile, the thing is both of these features create additional Google play store/services (now imagine running a demanding online game + two active Google play store/services on a low ram device). Be smart and you'll get the best out of MIUI.
