Global Version is always written on the carton but from Redmi 8, It's white colour for Global Version and blue for Chinese.

Just finished reading reviews and YouTube videos. Both great and similar specs but I think I'll go for Mi A3. I need a xiaomi in my life. Any more suggestions that might help? I'll appreciate.

RN7 Pro is India exclusive. There was no global release. I think your region is set to India and can't be changed. Not sure.

MiUI 12 goes global...in 11 days.

Choose wallpapers even if it is locally through your theme app not from gallery. My wallpaper and lock screen are not from the theme app. But I applied them from the theme app

My personal experience. I first bought mi A2 lite (with stock android), not knowing there was going to be limitations in twiking. Even fonts can't be changed. It was boring.
Less than a year later, I discovered RN7pro. Comes with MIUI, I checked users experience here though.
MIUI is fun, am enjoying it on my RN7pro.
Mi A3 comes with stock android, RN8 comes with MIUI.

If after 19 months I am still getting over 10hours then it is not so bad practice. Besides several factors are responsible for using my phone when already charged. I might not get a power source in the next 18hours.
