Google dialer doesn't support call recording.
Gcam is just a camera app. You can make do without it.

2. Your network is not that all good.

3. There is app constantly keeping your phone awake which will be difficult to trace since I can't tell when it started.

4. Before will talk of downloading full ROM. I will suggest that you backup your files and restore your phone and try an OTA UPDATE again and as well monitor the apps you install ad well as monitor this type of chart you posted closely.

please i've been kinda confused on which phone to get for my younger brother between redmi note 8 and redmi 9...because their price gap isn't really significant.

Your network signal is bad wether you use it for data or not. That's why even if your data is off your phone will still experience battery drain due to the bad network
