I use a K20 Chinese ROM, received an update recently on the MIUI 12 but after completing the update, my google apps were not working fine again, no mails on it or YouTube.
I tried clearing the cache of those apps but still the same, finally I deleted the google app but since I did that I couldn't get a way of downloading google play on GetApps.
any advise on what I can do.

Go to Apkmirror and download the latest Google Apps and you should be fine.
