NEVER DEPRECIATES IN VALUE; Land is about the only asset that never depreciates in value or worth over time, unlike shares that is volatile, stocks that could be at the risk of liquidation, savings that is devalued by inflation or vehicles that are degraded or worn out with use etc. Land rather keeps appreciating in value.
