In 2012, crude oil price was over $100 per barrel
In Europe fuel at pump was roughly about €1.40 per litre

In 2016 crude oil price about $40 per barrel
In Europe fuel at pump about €1.00 per litre

Notice that consumers paid less for fuel as crude oil prices crashed.

In Nigeria, in 2012 prices at pump was about #97, when crude was over $100. GEJ wanted subsidy removed, political activist resisted.
In 2016 crude oil crashed and Buhari want to increase prices of fuel at pump to over #140.
The same activists are now telling us they are now in support of subsidy removal and an increase of pump price over #140
Mind you, Nigeria imports her refined fuel.

This una country is simply difficult to understand.
