Up to doesn't mean it is gonna be on that speed all the time. Earlier picture showed 6mbps. For that price it is ok if you ask me.

How is their service now? People were giving them bad reviews before esp their response to resolves/attend to issues.

There is no throttling, Max speed is 4 Mbps, I have done over 300GB in a month before.
Maybe Network reception is bad in your area..

In a day I use 80-100gb depends on the files I need to download. I stream Netflix on 4K without buffering.

Can 4Mbps stream HD videos on Netflix without buffering?

From 1Mbps and above you are good to go with netflix....
Netflix always scale the quality to your internet speed.
It's now 5Mbps.

Battery still at maximum health.

Yea you will need to contact their customer care. They need to know if you will be needing radio or fibre connection depending on your location, then they will send you the cost via your email.
