U culd check your cost breakdown and check if we have that calculated along. I actually did it with my fund for you. The honest answer is that you wouldn't get a 2003 model for 1.1m naira. duty cost on the car alone is about 200,000naira. but if you saying you still don't want to pay duty, you would still have about 1.5m naira to be able to purchase it, but you could get a nigerian used at that price i guess.
