This was a state created in 1996 and to develop a water terrain ain't easy. Tho development Is slow.

Bayelsa use to collect about 6-9billion monthly in d last admininistration but receive a little above 2billion. Rivers use to recieve about 14 -17billion but now receives a little above 6billion.
