If u patronise a canteen/restaurant , beware of jollof/fried rice, as it may be difficult 2 distinguist more than 2 days cooked rice, which they usually re-rinse and garnise to save cost.

All are gra8 - depends on the cook (richness of the d rice ) and d consumer (appetite/state of mind)

What led to this rice discusion , we are really jobless,

Ill say white rice with any nice soup. Cant seem to get enuf of chicken teriyaki recently. Im now a regular at Wasabi!!! They dont even ask me, they just go ahead and "dish my food". White rice cos with it, u can choose if u want it healthy (eat with a vegetable or any other soup with little or no oil, hence little calories) or not (eat with a very nilzce fried stew, or ofada stew, yummy!). but with j-rice, its calories galore!!! I luv both tho.
