That's why I'm against using the military for civil issue.
From all indications people are getting use to engaging the army under this government.
Should the trend continued, then we are heading for a full blown war
Heaven help us

Lies. The Nigerian Army reeks of so much lies that it is nauseating. Imagine the lame reasons put forward as excuse for snuffing out the lives of peaceful and armless community dwellers. Well, God is on the throne.

Rubbish, they have a coordinated agenda to subdue the Igbos. Buhari and his team are cowards! Human life is involved and people are defending this wicked act, and another supporter of genocide will delete this message. Peaceful protest is legal anywhere in the world.

Nigeria army full of lies. What were army doing inside the church where people gather to pray. Some ipob/massob member has become hardened to protect themselves from useless Gamba senseless army. Why must army shoot unarmed protesters, this is remembrance day for biafrans, a supposed peaceful day. Just like the USA are celebrating theirs rememberance now, are they being shot at.... Nigeria is a complete mess. The blood of innocent igbos is just tomuch to bear. The bloodbath is overwhelming. Please buhari divide this nagigeria and let them have their biafra I beg in the name of Jesus. Amen. Are you happy the way people die recklessly in this your administration. The blood of any citizen does not worth your ambition. Let them go and call your army to order.
As a president you can still rule the northern region cause they like you there...if this genocide doesn't stop, ICC must definitely caught up with you. Even in your grave you will still be sentenced. Let peace rain in Nigeria. Let them go..

I find it funny how they keep mentioning MASSOB. You won't understand if you cannot reason critically. The government has bribed MASSOB to use it to neutralize IPOB, meaning if the Army kills IPOB members, they will say it was MASSOB members they killed in self defense and they... bribed MASSOB will confirm that yes they only killed our members not IPOB. They will even go as far as justifying their killings that the dead and wounded were acting outside of MASSOB guidelines... by arming themselves to harm the Army.

Critical thinking is important not to be brainwashed.

This what most of you should understand

Massob and many of the so called Niger delta what ever miliants are working with the Jihardist Buhari to truncate the movement for emancipation

The bastard Okorocha and the criminal Ohaneze Ndi oshi as well as Bilie animal rights are executing this plan for your Jihadist President

When they kill Nigerian police or soldiers and destroy govt property they cheer and jubilate. When the NA kill them in self defence for making trouble and disturbing the peace of other citizens they claim propaganda and start shouting ICC. The hatred the ipod clowns have towards the govt is glaring enough. If you make trouble, you will be wasted. Better go about your business and don't try to start what you cannot finish.

The NA will show no mercy to miscreants.

Small thing, you will be screaming ICC as if they are not human beings: who has dragged Obama to ICC for his illegitimate authority he exerted by infringing the autonomy of another sovereign country while trying to arrest Bin Ladin in another country?

ICC is the least issue before ICC now for your information because the movement has been a threat to national security nowadays as opposed to what it ought to be. Attached is one of the peaceful protest claimed by your likes in case of Nnamdi Kanu: where will you get justice if many of such scenarios were presented as evidence by NA?

In as much as everyone has the right to life, personal liberty, dignity of human labour, freedom of association etc, please be reminded that such freedoms impliedly impose responsibilities/obligations on someone not to be a threat/nuisance to his vicinity and inhabitants.

The fully-armed Niger Delta Militants and BH are playing hide and seek game with NA, but foolish civilians like you have the gut to attack them and even engage them in physical fighting: do you need to consult an oracle before you realize that it is an act of stupidity to fight or argue with a man that carries a gun? Even if he is unable to claim self defence, your life would have been wasted like rags.

you people said Biafra is about brawns not brains right? look Buhari already has a case pending against him at the ICC as we speak, filed by IPOB, but the fact that he is a president makes it impossible to try him right now, so it's either he dies in power and of course you know that is Biafra 100% loaded or he lives out His 8 years, then bundled to the ICC, so choose one.

Gotta admit had to join nairaland when I read the above comment because I cant believe a human would whole fully believe that people in their right minds would engage an army personnel without a gun not to talk of soldiers armed to the teeth... Either your foolish, stupid or purposely in support of bad which in any case you are what's wrong with this beloved country NIGERIA....

What shall it profit NA to lie against innocent civilians. Killing people in the church and innocent people going for a gathering, even spraying tear gas street by street that we were forced to use wet handkerchief to cover our nose at our different houses. IPOB members didnt attacked them only God will judge them.

One thing our political class have refused to learn is that we have heard a lot of lies to the extent that before you open ur mouth to speak, we already know what you are going to say.
This is why Lai is finding it difficult to live up to his name.
NA should find better imbecilic lie because even naija fools can decode this one.ask yahoo guys they will tell you that its only in naija that a fraudster will end up being defrauded.

This still does not explain why the cowards ran into a church and sprayed bullets like insecticide. ICC is loading.
A Janjaweeed spokesman has lied again on behalf of Nigeria Armed forces.

Who on earth would believe this story? Only a zombie with Janjawered persuasions.

The Janjaweerds only motivations for all these killings in the name of Nigeria Armed forces is to sustain the extant political structure which northern Nigeria soldiers crafted and imposed upon Nigeria to enable the Buhari north suck up more of Nigeria's oil revenues and use the political over-representation they draw from the myriad number of states and local government areas proliferated in the north of Nigeria to dictate to rest of Nigeria.

For how long shall the Janjaweeeds continue to kill off other Nigerians in order to continue with their festival of one Nigeria?

Only time will tell. But the days of the Janjawereds colonizing Nigeria with lies and brutal force are now getting numbered.

Indeed. This is the reason why USA don't or in the case of other western countries rarely, get involve in Civil issue. Military attacking a fellow civilian is symbolic.

Lol.

The US is no different from Nigeria. Isn't that the country where police carry guns and is always quick to deploy national guards for civilian use? The US is a militarised country that's one step away from martial law.

Wrong example and a lot of black protesters in the US will disagree with you cos a lot of them have been killed during protests.

Well, I was born and lived in USA for 16 years before moving to Britain. Within those years and up till now, I can tell you I have never seen or hear any military kill a citizen on either USA or foreign soil until recently i.e Anwar al-Awlaki and few others. This isn't about police brutality but about the symbolic aspect of using military on her citizen. You are splitting hairs here and you talk too much out of points.
