1. Roll Over Unused Data Bundle To The Next Month.

Most networks can move your remaining data bundle to the next month if subscribe again before the expiry date reaches. Some even enroll you to automatic renewal, which is a good thing. Always try and leave the amount of airtime required to renew your subscription so that any unused data will be pushed over to the next subscription, and prevent being wasted when they expire.

2. Upload And Backup Photos & Files On The Cloud

We are in an age where information and data have become so digitized that even losing a phone is less important than the data that has been lost with it. In essence, some people tend to value the data in their phones, tablets and laptops, than the device themselves. These group should be able to take advantage of cloud storage like Google Drive and Drop Box and upload any important data when their data subscription is about to expire.

3. Update Anti-Virus Software

We often ignore to update and even manually disable the automatic update of our antivirus software, because we don’t want it to suck our internet data subscription dry. But the right time to update an antivirus software and not waste your data could be this period, when the subscription is about to expire.

4. Windows Update

Although this could have been placed in the same category as the antivirus software update above, but windows update is more like a suite of windows application being updated through the same channel, and many people disable this feature on the first day of getting a laptop. If your data subscription is about to expire, please take advantage of this and handle your windows update. Android users can also find software that needs to be updated through the Play Store and update in a similar manner.

5. Download New Videos, Music and Applications

It would be lovely to be able to download whatever you need without being afraid of using up your data subscription. The best period to enjoy this feeling is when your subscription is about to expire. We all love entertainment, and nothing could provide that as much as video contents, songs and other applications like games etc. You can decide to play online games and even stream videos through Youtube.
