Seriously I think Glo need to do something about their Data service

After someone will come and say it is location based. So all these people happen to be in bad locations while only a few are in good locations . The truth is glo Internet is only good in about 15% part of the country. The remaining 85% are suffering. That is not good at all.

I'm glad I never fell a victim for their QUANTITY data..

At first I thought it was my phone because I had used Glo's data plan in the past and it wasn't bad at all. Almost smashed my phone on a particular day as the data network kept disappearing and reappearing at will. Called them, reached out through their twitter handle, but apparently, they just generate codes for you and later sent a text that your complain have been attended to.

Dumped the sim sometime last month.

Glo needs to seriously fix their network, it's becoming embarrassing.

If Glo is a serious company and they take a poll of the comments on that Facebook page they will realize that over 80% are very dissatisfied with their network's performance. That is a huge indictment of their company.

Different customers across different states and zones all having the same terrible stories really says a lot. Like some have mentioned, the advert and the ensuing comments just turned into a free advert for Mtn and etisalat rather than the shade it was intended to be.

Glo network is bad and spare me that talk about your location, even if they offer #100 for 10gig i will still stick with my airtel.
