People have different reasons why they are proud of their country of origin. The Brasilians for example are proud of their national football team, the Americans for their military might and maybe their economy, the Aussies for the fact that their country is a great destinatioin for tourism and one of the best place to live, the British for their queen, the Egyptians for their acient history. The list goes on.
Now, my question is, despite the economic instability Nigeria as a country is facing at the moment, what still drives you patriotism?

The Turks came out in huge numbers, ready to give away their lives all for the sake of defending their democracy. How many Nigerians will do this for democracy?
