Buhari More Democratic Than Past Presidents – Rep by Caseless: 8:07am On Jun 14, 2016
President Muhammadu Buhari has been commended for making remarkable improvements in democratic governance than his predecessors despite his antecedents as a military dictator.
The Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Rules and Business, Hon. Emmanuel Oker Jev, gave the commendation on Friday while speaking at a press conference to commemorate the one year anniversary of the 8th House in Abuja.

The lawmaker said unlike in the immediate past administration where heads of MDAs ignored National Assembly resolutions by rushing to obtain court orders or by Presidential backing, there has been an improvement with the compliance to resolutions passed by the House.
“If you recall there was a time in this country, I’m talking about compliance with resolutions of the House, there was a time in this country that parliament will pass a resolution dictatorial towards the legislature. for a member of the executive arm of government to come they will resist and get the protection of the Presidency or they would go to court and get a restraining order.

“I think there is an improvement, if you consider that President Buhari was a military Head of State and during his campaign, a lot of people made a case that he would continue acting like a dictator.

“He has come and he is showing remarkable difference from his antecedents as a military dictator, unfortunately it is those who we expected to know INSIDE “We have the Attorney General of the Federation who advised against implementation of the resolution of the National Assembly, when the House took a resolution that Kogi Assembly should be closed as a result of the crisis there.

“The Inspector General complied, unfortunately, an advice came after and it was opened up. We need people to know that this is a democracy, it must be respected but I think things could get better”, he said.

Buhari is a BRUTAL Totalitarian Dictator, imposing VICIOUS policies, in order to so impoverish Nigerians that no one will be able to even protest.

But The Most High God will overcome him in answer to the outcry of millions of Nigerians.

How can a president who on several occasions disobeys court order be called democratic?

Courts have more than once granted bail to Sambo Dasuki and Nnamdi KANU, I don't understand why they are still remanded in prison as they are NOT GUILTY of charges charged against them for they remain innocent until proven otherwise in the court of law.

A democratic Dickktator!!!

According to Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell , doublethink is:

“ To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again, and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself – that was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word 'doublethink' involved the use of doublethink."
