Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ajegunle, Lagos

Job Summary:
Assist in providing, implementing and managing administrative functions, programs and procedures.

Reporting To:
Program Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Administration
• Support other staff to successfully carry out administrative functions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

2. Logistics and Resource Control
• Assists the Program Assistant in the maintenance of office tools and equipment
• Keeps the office clean and runs errands on behalf of staff.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

3. Inventory and Records
• Assists the Program Assistant in monitoring and evaluating stocks to maximize the effective utilization of supplies
• Orders and verifies supplies as directed by Program Assistant
• Keeps proper records of inventory and project materials as directed by Program assistant

4. Planning and Development
• Supports in organizing and coordinating trainings and other related functions
• Develops essential materials and other tools required for carrying out activities as directed by the Program assistant


Qualifications and Competencies:
• Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
• Good use of Microsoft office
• Good use of phones and communication systems
• Good understanding and compliance with planning, monitoring and evaluation of programs and services
• Experience in office and administrative management.
• Good oral and verbal communication skills


Preference will be giving to candidates available to work with the organisation for at least 1 year who reside close to or in Ajegunle.
