l thought prior to the 2015 general elections the minimum qualification to hold the office of a president in Nigeria was adjusted to Secondary school certificate? if so buhari is already goon I just hope civil society and other reliable and fearless lawyers/SAN will join up and prosecute this case because its really if interest. So much for fighting corruption.

In his Nomination Form and affidavit in support, Buhari only put WASC as his qualification for President. He did not mention primary school FSLC nor did he mention any certificate or diploma obtained from War College or any other course he attended. All speculation by members of the public as to any other qualification he has is moot because he himself did not claim them. If he does not provide proof of the WASC he claimed, then he has committed perjury & will be disqualified

Buhari, with a simple case of just showing his cert and keep everyone shut, now hires SANs to defend him also.

I just pray this is a nightmare. Imagine the president of the giant of Africa having an issue of no WASC certificate in court and hiring SANs to appeal.

So he has been eating salaries which he did not merit, sponsoring his children to schools abroad who are supposed to be struggling for admission in a polytechnic in Nigeria, collected allowances as ex-president all these years and now flying private jets around the globe all under the umbrella of fraud.


This debt incurred by this president to Nigeria even his 100th filial generation can not pay them.

If this is true, this man's asset right down to his slippers should be frozen and liquidated, his children be made to work with minimum wage.

What!!! Is it not the same people complaining that Bukola Saraki engaged many SANs to scuttle the case at the tribunal? What is President Buhari doing with 13 SANs and 10 other counsels in a case that is a non issue if there is nothing to hide? What is the big deal in just showing the certificate or any other verifiable evidence that he wrote the exam? Why wasting money in engaging over 20 Lawyers just to argue about issue of address?

It simply means that he is surely hiding something and what manner of corruption will be greater than that if it is eventually proven that he never sat for the exams. Although that is if they will ever allow the case to see the light of the day. So the two highest political office holders in our country have lots of baggage to contend with.

How do you justify this position to those who were rusticated from universities probably in penultimate or final years despite having passed all their exams in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th years as the case may be when the reason for rustication is fake or irregular WAEC results? How about those who scaled thru uni only upon screening to have their results/certificates withdrawn or recalled because of the same irregularities with WAEC results at the time of admission? Why did they not let them go? Afterall they were passing exams and even graduated with or without WAEC!

How about fake Doctors who have been arrested and are being prosecuted or jailed for practising without requisite qualifications/certificates form the Medical Board? Some have plied that trade for as long as 10years or more, successfully treated patients and also recorded their share of unfortunate deaths not unlike our General government hospitals run by qualified personnel. So why arrest such people? Afterall they have been practising with or without certificate from medical school!
