Although there is no immunity against investigation conferred on any governor or the president for that matter. However, the seizure of properties, movable or immovable, in the course of investigation can only be by court orders, obtained by either ex parte or on notice application, depending on the circumstances of the case. The pertinent question now is, on which court order is Governor Fayose's bank account frozen by EFCC?
