There are many beliefs in Christianity. that's why we have different groups. It is mainly the pentecostals that believe in "Word of Faith" gospels. Remember there are other groups like Evangelicals, Catholics, Anglicans, Charismatics, Presbyterian, etc.

Besides, the fact that someone is not a christian does not mean he/she does not believe that God exists. There are other religions in the world.You may even choose not to believe in any particular religion but still believe in the existence of God.
