I don't think its fake, i have two packs of cyclogest one from Alpha pharmacy and the other from a different pharmacy. That of Alpha is nafdac registered while the other is not.
When i asked my younger sis who is a pharmacist, she said there are drugs that have both nafdac reg and non reg depending on the distributor especially foreigns drugs. She said the one with reg is usually more expensive than the non reg because of the process and cost of registration.

Let's know how the drink take jam your body, sleep or Kpekus? If you don't have pcos or trying to lose weight or something like that, you can use the chaff to make snacks. Try adding Small Four to it Lu's butter and maybe 1 egg, bake like Cake. You can sweeten the chaff with Dates or honey. You play around with the mixture. You can also add butter, honey/dabino mould into round or square shapes and freeze. It doesn't freeze up but very yummy. Just remember to take plenty of water because the chaff is all Fibre/Roughage and needs water to move and cleanse the colon.

I need advice biko, what can one do to a nagging waist pain? This pain has always been there. Sometimes it comes as sign of AF. It gets so severe that I can't walk or stand straight. I have done an Xray nothing was seen.

Taken some nerve drugs and it relieved me a bit. What could be the cause? Is it PCOS related?

2. What would you do if a hormonal profile test done shows excessively high prolactin but your dr refuses to treat it before starting your ivf cycle?

Not to run down any laboratory but Union lab has lost it. Please be careful where you run your tests.

Sorry about the waist pain sister, maybe you should treat infection because i learnt that it use to cause waist pain. You can also check if you don't have pile. Don't worry sabi mamas will soon come in and torchlight properly for you.

Mamas, I know some of us have been told before by people that they dreamt or saw us pregnant through visions or prophecies etc. Pls how long did it take to come to pass? The number of people that have seen me pregnant or heard God tell them I'm pregnant are increasing.
I have dreamt several times of it. My Hubby has heard directly from God that we were pregnant like 4 months after our wedding. His own was the first sef. (This is 1 year 4 months plus after he heard this). I sincerely believe He heard cos other things he hears come to pass.
My Mum dreamt about it too.
My pastor, house-fellowship leader, my girl friend. All have seen and told me they saw or heard God say we are pregnant. I whole heartedly believe and I'm waiting for the manifestation. For those of us who got pregnant or got something else, how long did it take to materialize after prophecy, dreams, visions about it? Just curious.

Hi dear, just keep thanking God. It will eventually happen for you. His ways are not our ways so He is not bound by our timings.
If He said it, He will bring it to pass. Don't start worrying yourself about when or how it'll happen just start thanking Him for it.

I've been TTC for a while now. Did all necessary tests but all came out clean. Unexplained infertility so I took a break from It but I need to start seeing a gynea again. I intend using Isalu Hospital Ikeja. Pls does anyone have a review abt their gynea service and what's it like? Pls sabi mamas no jump pass my question.

Its actually to track ur ovulation, I did it then to know if I was ovulating. The scan isn't a one day thing, u will go for it abt 6times from CD9 with 2days or a day interval to monitor the egg/egss. So the follicular is to ascertain if u do ovulate and when u do.

They use to be my HMO hospital too, was not really pleased i assume cos i was under HMO, i met the director b4 i got married for gynea and the man was one kain, so i didn't bother to return but he/they may have improved so won't mind revisiting them.

If you are undergoing a medicated cycle (i.e using ovulation induction drugs), i would say it is compulsory, so as to determine when you have well developed follicles inorder to administer HCG injection. Was this advised by you gynea? how many times did he or the lab recommend for you to carry it out.

Folliculometry aka Trans-Jajaina Scan (TVS) is a scan that is more accurate than an ultrasound scan, it helps to view the level of uterine linning, ovaries and most especially the follicles & their sizes, and to monitor the growth of a follicle up to ovulation. unlike USS which is done over the abdomen/pelvic region with a full bladder, it done intra jajainaly, a wand like pipe with a cond.om worn over it, will be inserted to view all that is necessary on an empty bladder

More than often a USS will still be carried out alongside the TVS and you will take a minimum of 3 sessions to accurately measure follicles in a cycle.

@ Towerofgrace , okies. My sister used the hospital(HMO) some years awhile n she attested to it that they were very good n Professional. I need to know where I want to put my hard earned cash now as the economy no gree us to spend anyhow.

There's a Bitter leaf and Garlic Recipe shared by @ Benignasweety for improvement in Ovulation. It involves taking Bitter leaf Water and Garlic on certain days. Am not quite sure how's its done but I'll do a search and see if I can find it and update you. You're welcome.

Sis, It could be caused by PCOS seeing that its a symptom associated with PCOS. Other gynae issues that comes with Low Back pain includes Fibroid, Infection and Menses.

2. I'll try to treat it using alternative methods of eating Lots of Cabbage, Vit B6, Plain Steamed Ewedu and drinking lots of water if am worried. I would be scared of taking medications like Bromecriptine, Parlodel, Dostinex etc because I wouldn't know how it would interfere with the IVF Drugs. I think I know why your Dr. isn't bothered though. High Prolactin interferes with Ovulation and since its an IVF cycle, you'll be stimulated with injections and will hopefully produce good quality and quantity of eggs due to the drugs. You can talk to your Dr. about taking Vit B6. If he agrees, then take it, eats lots of cabbage and drink water. If he doesn't agree, eat lots of cabbage and plenty of water. I pray for your cycle to be successful and result in healthy Baby/Babies as per your heart desire, Amen.
