so i have this 2 bedroom flat which i bought recently. or let me call it a 3 bed rooms apt cuz it has 3 rooms but one is

being used as the living room. there is space at the back on which i would like to build an upstairs - the ground floor will comprise

of a big living room with dining while the second floor will be a single room self contain.

what should my budget be for this abeg?

Also in a seperate vein. what should my budget be for a 3 bedrooms all ensuite bungalow? Please give me your ideas with pictures if neccesary
