#initialise, am looking for laptop of 30k. Pls no insult, that's all I know I can afford for now.

I dont know if this is the right platform for this. I have a problem with my Dell Pc.. Any time its plugged and i try to open an app, the pc will switch off.. Do i need to change the charger or the pc is faulty? Help!!
