If the devil disrespected God and made the humans disobey him then why, 2: As God knows whats going to happen b4 it does, why didn't God destroy the devil before creating the humans and if indeed he did know and still allowed it, should the humans then be the ones blamed for it? 3: If the devil made the humans disobey/sin why then do we burn in and go through hell with no evidence that the devil is harmed, burnt or is in a place we can see as unbearable for him? so in the end, a just God and the devil play chess with us and we are the only ones that get punished?
