Customer Relationship Officer Needed In A Telecommunication Company by nadoplano: 5:25pm On Jun 29, 2016
We are an indigenous telecommunications, ICT and Power consulting company with a young and dynamic workforce.
We deliver services to our clients cutting across both the private and public sectors. We require the services of a Customer Relationship Officer to enhance to our Business.

Position: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Gender: Female
Age range: <30

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain long-term, post-sales relationships with existing customers across all projects
• Pro-actively work with customers to ensure they continue to receive on-going value from our business.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful implementations
• Focus on relationship management to ensure that the customers serve as positive references
• Take full responsibility for managing a growing customer portfolio within the assigned region
• Act as the liaison between the customer and other departments within the business such as Business Development, implementation services,
admin etc.
• Pro-actively call all contact levels to ensure satisfaction and that their experience matches with expectations.
• Identify and close opportunities for upgrades and growth
• Perform above what is expected to provide exceptional support and service to customers
• Manage cross-functional project teams, which could consist of project managers, business analysts, engineers, marketing and support staff.


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of Second class degree or Higher National Diploma from a reputable institution.
Prior customer relationship management experience will be an added advantage.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Sociable, affable and a people person.
Must be proficient in use of the Microsoft office suite: word and excel.
A high aptitude and comfort level with technical environments
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills both in person and in writing
Good money management skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Good understanding of the strategic sales process
Ability to multi-task.
Must be good with numbers
Ability to network is an added advantage.
Manage expense reports and payroll.
Willing to learn and be a good team player
