to all job seekers.i don't think it's necessary to ask people for test format each time we recieve invitation for an ability test. go through what ever aptitude test material u have(the gmat book by iec career 4 e.g. covers nearly  all areas of job testing ) and ask for god's guidance and direction always.it always work for me. rely not on ur own knowledge but rather seek god's intervention in everything. it's well

that is pretty encouraging and i think that mind is what every body should have, but, on the contrary knowing what format a test takes helps alot in focusin on areas relevant and the form of answering questions as well.Above all belief in God is very important as u said.
