I have never seen One that says World Wide Status: Blocked. What does this mean, if you perform the service and update the software or resell will it go back on the list? The other thing that makes me nervous is why you will not just state your prices for everyone to see because one would think that would help your business and not take away from it.

The WorldWide Blacklist Status is a restricted access to every device. It is the real deal in unlock eligibility or not. Some device in such RED FLAG status will have to go through a process of White-listing before it can either be unlocked or not

Why I don't post price is due to the Price Fluctuation on the server. It just keep changing higher or lower. depending on the exchange. So I don't want give an iCloud price that won't deliver a job.

And on the other hand, That's what client will keep quoting.

and reset your password

OR

Turn off the device you want to remove from your account.

Go to Find My iPhone on www.iCloud.com

If you only see Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Settings on iCloud.com, your account just has access to iCloud web-only features.
To gain access to other iCloud features, set up iCloud on your iOS device or Mac (Which I believe you've done already).

Click All Devices, select the offline device(iPhone 5C name), then click Remove from Account.

If you don’t see Remove from Account, click All Devices again, then click the Delete button "X" next to the device.

From the list of devices you have in there select your 5c and click in Erase.
