How small things matter and make a big difference....

Copy paste

The Ind.. Army troops used leopard’s urine and faeces to throw off dogs while carrying out surgical strikes, 15km inside Pak..... territory in 2016, former Nagrota Corps commander Lt Gen Rajendra Nimborkar said on Tuesday.

Nimborkar, who served as brigade commander in Nowshera sector, had studied the biodiversity of the area minutely. “While in the sector, we had experienced that leopards often attack dogs in the areas. To save themselves from the attack, dogs prefer to stay in the locality during night,” Nimborkar told TOI.

“While devising the operational strategy, we were aware about possible dogs barking and attacking while crossing villages on the route. To counter it, our troops carried leopards’ urine and faeces. They used to spray it outside the village.

This worked well and the dogs left them alone,” he said.

The 2 British satellites on the PSLV bus.

If PSLV was a ICBM , then the satellites would be replaced by multiple MIRVs containing the warheads on the docking bus. ( 1st pic )

Just a simple explanation on how multiple warheads r placed for dispersion

Motorcycle ambulances for paramilitary forces fighting naxals.

Mainly for naxal hit remote and inaccessible areas

The Maoists booby trap all the roads with IEDs etc after a firefight so as to destroy any ambulances or relief force trying to evacuate injured troops.

Helicopter rescue is almost impossible due to dense forest cover where ambush takes place or runs the risk of ground fire. Air force does not have the authority to use fire power inside the country.

So these bike ambulances r used to rush out seriously injured through off the road tracks or unmarked routes through the bush to avoid IEDs and ambush.

Also used to guard the long procession of pilgrims over the mountain tracks.

And also evacuate the injured as soon as possible over mountain terrain to the nearest spot where Helicopters can pick up the patients.

The terrorists targets the Hindu pilgrims during their annual pilgrimage killing old people , women and children.

Note the helmet mounted cams , used to record and then identify the terrorists , especially the overground local jehadis

Now bodycams r a standard issue to all paramilitary and police forces in terrorist hit areas helps to catch the overground jihadi and naxal linkmans and facilitators among the civilian population.

SAMVAHAK is a project for tactical communication. Samvahak involves setting up of Command Information Decision Support System (CUDSS) at all levels right from Corps HQ to field locations.

For setting up of CIDSS in field location, Samvahak infrastructure is carried in EMI shielded electronic and communication shelters.

Three different types of shelters viz. System Administration Shelter (SAS), Integrated Command Post Shelter (ICPS) and Gen-Set Shelter (GSS)

Prime reason is African easterly jet caused by interaction of warm air from Sahara desert and relatively cold air from gulf of Guinea and there is no solution becz that is part of the alrady fragile system that supports the life on earth , u mess with it u will pay million times over.

Best solution buckle up and cut down on carbon emissions and stop destroying forests etc

While any effort for destruction / creation of problems in nature is possible in shortest time there is no possibility of short time solutions to nature's problem , the solutions r very long term spanning decades and centuries.

Now u can ask USA to pay me grin grin grin
