Massive looting of shared fund of the masses is not a guarantee to evergreen riches, this is evidence in the man who celebrated 1billion naira during the reign of late Alamesiegha a.k.a ALAMCO.
I was a batch A corper between 2004/2005, leaving with my uncle in Kpansia area of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. He told me to dress up for a club, that a cousin of the the governor is celebrating 1billion. I was confused initially, but my brother, it was a reality when I got there and saw some of our hot corper babes in club arena, behold! The celebration was that the guy had hit is first 1billion naira.
Those who are familiar with Bayelsa State know who slapped GEJ when he was the deputy governor, who later ran to S.A when ALAMCO was impeached.
Recently, I escorted a friend to his house in Amassoma close to NDU (NigerDelta University), take it or leave, the guy is broke. When I got to Yenagoa and was trying to talk about it with my uncle's friends in where we're relaxing, a guy just asked me to forget the talk, saying he quite recently borrowed 10k to fuel his car.

Marvellous! Marvellous!!, what exactly is the value of 1billion in 2004 and how did he spend the money?

he was part of the 5% during Gej regime as President for slapping him when he was a deputy gov.
he practically missed the looting period to sustain his billionaire status

It's about good investment..He did not use the money wisely, Assuming he bought houses in various parts of Nigerian cities, he would have been ok till now... at least being a landlord all over the state will generate a whole lot of income for him.....

That was the former mumu transport officer T.O during the alams reign as governor...It is because of guys like that that their is so much abuse on bayelsans..how can someone who possessed a billion naira as at 2004 b3 poor now..

That fool invested in nada when he acquired that huge amount of cash... angry

I expected the fool back then to set up investments all over the Niger delta and in other parts of Nigeria. .establish an oil servicing company. . Invest in stocks...just invest invest and invest... angry....All the fool did was chase after women and engage in crazy violent elections...very foolish idiota. ...The last time I heard of him he was struggling to be a commissioner in the dickson admin...

Pathetic..tufiaaa

Reality.

Poverty is mostly not because of lack of opportunity but more of waste of opportunities.
If you think otherwise, tell me if you had harnessed the few (probably little) opportunities you had to the fullest, will you be where you are today?

If you answer is yes, then your case need very serious intervention. I'll recommend deliverance.
