Job Title: Chef
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
 Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
 Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards and develop recipes
 Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
 Plaiting and Garnishing of Food
 Packaging of food for delivery

 Estimate food requirement and costs.

Key Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Chef
 A degree in culinary science or related certificate would be an added advantage
 Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
 Must be creative and have excellent manual dexterity.
 Time-Management skills is an advantage
 Must be excellent with garnishing and plating
