Job Requirements:

• Account Recruitment & Planning;

 Familarise & Acquaint Self with Group’s product and services
 Identify prospective client/target market.
 Understanding of prospect/target market’s challenges and possible solution
 Identify groups products that solves challenges of prospects/target market
 Establish contacts with prospects and deploy strategic plans to create awareness and win the accounts.
 Other necessary trends in account recruitment and management

• Relationship Management;

 Account/Client Service Management
 Customer complaint handling (resolving customer dissatisfaction,
 Follow up with support and review
 Engagement of existing and potential clients on companies various social media pages to extract information about customer satisfaction level.

 Other relevant functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communication (Internal & External)

 Communication of new products and service offering, promos etc to existing and potential customers
 Customer inquiry handling and response
 Advising senior management on emerging trends, industry and market trends,

Academic Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in any of the following Marketing, Communication, English Language, Public Relations, Advertising, Corporate Communication, Psychology, Mass Communication, and other Business Operation Support/Administration related courses.

Minimum of OND /HND /Second Class Lower from a reputable tertiary institution.

Other Requirement

Working Experience or Diploma/Short Term courses in Customer Services Related courses is an added advantage, Proficiency in content development and advance use of major social media platform is top priority. NYSC discharge certificate is not compulsory.
