Do Not Touch 2 Term Governorship??? by KnowAll(m): 10:06am On Jul 31, 2016
Even though as sad as it is our Governors performance so far during this civilian dispensation has being dismal especially in d second term I still believe vying for a second term is not only intriguing and exciting it ignites all politics from d ward level upwards.

It is always some kind of pay-day date for grass-root polticians who 9 out 10 times will take from Peter and take from Paul to d satisfaction of himself, family and community. 2nd term politics is d only time local people hold d poltical officer holder to ransome, such holders wI'll have to dig deep in order to satisfy semblance of d community or so it seems.

I believe as our democracy grows, our second term Governors will begin to deliver once institutions such as EFCC and ICPC are strengthened.

I say no to any one -term poltics, it would lead to dearth to any meaningful development as we know it. At least there is a strive to deliver in d first term that strive and effort will be lacking if we have a one term elective post.

Elections should be 2 terms or no more civilian polticis we might as well hand over to d military if we decide to jettison 2 term elective post in Nigeria.
