If Lagos wasn't made a capital nobody would bother coming to reside! Nobody comes to Lagos to experience "yoruba's accomodating nature" (it doesn't exist). People are there because it became a business hub after government made it the Capital city and Nigerians from different parts of the country helped develope it.

The same thing is being replicated in Abuja after it became Capital. Abuja indigenes are not going to claim the developed Abuja or they've "accomodating nature" that's why people flood there!
