If as a normal African American dude, you live in this kind of mansion in the USA and you ain't a celebrity, normally it will be better you rent out a part of it to Law enforcement agents due to their regular warranted and non warranted searches and swoops.

Now a spinster is renting this kinda apartment in the US with all their homeland security apparatuses (CIA,FBI,SECRET SERVICE,INTERPOL,POLICE)

You nailed it bro. That why the West will never help us to expunge corruption because that part of what Funds their own countries economy. If corruption ends in Africa where would their companies export and dump their good? Where would they get cheap Labour for the factory and industries? Where would their financial institution get the lush Funds they need to keep growing. Only Africans can save Africa my brother.
