I sold my hot 4 10k this week after changing charging point three times, screen twice and battery once. people don't just know when to give up on things or people that long gave up on them. they Keep hanging on as though it's a life contract

I sold mine more than 6 months ago

Sold it for 20k though it has no major issues except the fingerprint scanner no longer work for unlocking the phone after i accidentally dropped it in water thrice

count yourself lucky then cos I don't think it's worth more than 15k now. I couldn't believe my luck when the guy I sold mine to agreed to buy it for 10. the phone's terrible from the camera to the battery to the touch pad even the charging port is bad . I would easily have taken 5k for that phone I tell ya

please my infinix hot 4 phone was stucked in the Xos logo, so I took it to Carl care and it was flashed and upgraded to 7.0 but the camera and flashlight is no longer working. I took it back to Carl care and they said I have to change the panel what can I do

Just downgrade it or install custom rom

i downgraded it but didn't work

anybody using hot 4,hot 4 lite or pro,should just sell off,those phone wl sn be outdated,that is why we have several case of it problem nd fault

I'm actually still using my Infinix hot 4 since 2016 till date and it has had no issues whatsoever... I only want to change it because I'm just bored and need something new and updated �☺️☺️

your phone needs flashing.. just take it to phone software engineer with ₦1500 or less you'll get it fixed.

They have flashed it like 3 times, but it still refuse to come up...

the distance is very far... you'll have to find any carlcare center near you... that's the best bet.

Any body using this hot 4 should just give up on it. I stopped using mine since last year, those phone have outdated already

I have the Infinix Hot 4 and i realised all my files, downloads are all saving in the Internal Memory instead of my SD Card whereby the default write disk was set as sd card. Only pictures i take saves on my sd card. My SD Card seems useless now because all what i do on my phone saves on the Internal Memory/Phone Storage. Pls any help as to this issue?

Sd card is ticked in the settings as default but evrytin i download and save still go straight to the internal storage.

I have tried all i know from my knowledge of phones but none has worked..

yes I did..
The solution was that other things were actually going to the desired location. However i was actually testing if the changes I was making was effective by using WhatsApp... And WhatsApp can't be made to save in any other location asides Internal Memory..

good evening o, pls you guys should help me put with my infinix hot 4 problems.
1. my phone does not get browsing network when am downstairs anymore, but when i climb upstairs, network comes in. pls how can i solve this.
2. how can i transfer all my pictures and music in my phone from internal storage to memory card?
3. my phone will just stay small and off, i will on it again. this one started this week.

My phone speaker sounds very low when playing songs or watching videos. I've changed the speaker but it's still the same.

My infinix hot 4 lite switch on and off on its own.it then hang at the xos logo and then the screen changes to different color completely. goes off again and at times the screen display like tv black and white tv
