"I am the way, the truth and the life, no one
can come to the father except through me" -
Jesus Christ
Any prophet could have said that giving the
jaw dropping feat that they accomplished,
heck even Moses was thought to be god in the
flesh by his enemies. But when he said that I
believed him. I knew that what he was saying
was authentic because even before he began
his mission the signs where there.
Why did I believe in my heart that he is the
son of God? is it because the things he said
are deep and not of human origin, or that he
fulfilled everything prophesied about him by
the prophet or that three times on different
occasions God personally announced it to us
saying "this is my son whom I love and in him
I am well pleased listen to him" yes it is
because of those things and one more :
The prophets where awesome but I have never
seen anything quite like the miracles my
brother- no; that my lord God performed when
he walked the earth.

Dead bird.
I remember the first time I saw him do
anything extraordinary : he was 12 and I was
9 we lived in Egypt then. Our father had fled
there seeking asylum after Herod king of
Judea ordered the execution of every infant in
the country. We were in the woods playing
when suddenly a bird dropped from the sky
dead in front of us, from the look of the
wounds, it had been shot down with a stone
by one of the other children... I bent over to
look at it and after, I declared "shame, it's
dead ". "poor bird. It wasn't its time yet; it
shouldn't be dead" he said. "what are you
talking about" I retorted. Then he picked the
bird and held it on his palms "what are you
doing, it is unlawful to touch a dead animal" I
exclaimed. But the moment I tried to hit it
from his palms I felt something : A refreshing
feeling, like everything around me was being
made new... The air smelled perfectly clean
the colors of the plants and flowers radiated
with extra vibrance, dead leaves became fresh
and old dried stump brought out shoots
around us. There was literally life around us
and it felt almost like it had been summoned
there and then the most amazing thing
happened the dead bird on his palms twitched
and then sprang to life, it spread it's wings
and flew away I had never seen anything quite
like it. I looked at him and one thing was clear
: my brother was no ordinary person.

Water to wine.
Then.... there was the wedding at Cana. We
had returned from Egypt for years now but
instead of going back to our hometown
Bethlehem, we moved to Galilee in Nazareth.
Mary our mother had been invited to a
wedding by a friend. We went with her. it was
the wedding of a popular family so the whole
town was in attendance. Singing, dancing and
merriment was the order of the day and me
and my brother helped ourselves to the
choicest wines as we reclined and watched
everyone dance and celebrate. "Dude, you
gotta talk to Madeline, she has not taken her
eyes away from you since we came in, bro do
you even know what this means : the hottest
girl in town is interested in you" I said.
"James you know I have a very important task
ahead of me, I have to keep my focus and in
other to overcome I must free myself from
worldly desires and open myself to things of
the spirit". " what's ahead of me is big, I'm
going to need you too". Then I replied "bro
when you need me to save the world I am
gonna be there but until then ...fun time with
Salome". As we were talking our mother came
rushing In "Jesus help, I know you can help"
"the wine for the wedding have been
exhausted and the most important guests
have only just begun to arrive". "Without wine
this wedding will soon turn from merriment to
chaos" I added "but mom what's he gonna do
about it" . Jesus told our mother "you know
it's not my time yet" then our mother told the
servants "do what he tells you to do". Finally
he said to the servants "go fill those jars with
water" "wait" I said "what are you gonna do,
make wine?" "With just water 'cos I don't see
grapes, vines or even a thresher " when they
finished filling the jars Jesus replied " can't
make wine with just water... Instead I am
going to turn the water into wine " then he
said to one of the servants scoop some and
sip". when the servant did it, the moment he
touched his lips with the contents of the cup
his eyes widened in excitement. Then Jesus
told them to serve the guest and when the
chairman of the occasion had a taste he
turned to the groom and said "at other parties
the good stuff are served at the beginning but
you, you save the best for last!
When I tasted the wine I thought to myself a
few minutes ago this was water , brother just
what exactly are you.

Paralyzed man
To answer my question a notable event
occurred : After his baptism (still haven't
gotten over the fact that i heard God's voice
from heaven announcing him as his son)
Jesus went to the sea side to call his first
disciples I went with him. My brother was
going to accomplish great things and it's my
duty to stay by his side and support him as
best as I can. Getting there he met peter and
asked him to go for a catch with him but
Peter replied " sir we have been here all
morning and have caught nothing. there
literally is no fish in this water and there's no
way am going back out there it's too hot and
I'm in need of a drink" then Jesus said "peter....
come". After a few minutes of contemplation
he decided to go with him though I heard him
mutter something about slamming Jesus with
a boat paddle and tossing him into the sea if he
happened to be wasting his time. Watching
from the shore I saw peter spread his net
after a few cliques out to sea... I looked away
for a moment and when I looked back I was
alarmed because I saw that the boat was
sinking slowly. Immediately i ran to the
nearest fishermen the zebedee brothers James
and John. "quick" i said "help me get to that
boat, something is wrong!" "Get in, let's go"
john offered. When we reached Peter's boat we
saw the most amazing thing we have ever
seen : fishes! The boat was filled to capacity
with them, up to an extent that it's weight was
beginning to sink the boat and more of them
were coming up! It took a great deal to
balance the haul in both boats and then
sailed back to shore. Jesus came out of the
boat laughing followed closely by Peter,
Andrew and the zebedee brothers all laughing.
looking at them he said "Come with me, and I
will make you fishers of men and at once they
left their boats and followed him. From there
Jesus went to the synagogue to preach and as
he was teaching four men opened the roof of
the building and through it lowered a
paralyzed man in front of Jesus cos they
couldn't get past the crowd. Moved by their
faith Jesus drew close to the man and said
"son, your sins are forgiven" on hearing that
the teachers of the law present, raged "did you
hear that?!" "This fellow is blaspheming, who
can forgive sins but God himself". I will admit
even I was a bit uncomfortable with what he
said but his reply and action cleared my
doubts. Knowing in his spirit what they were
thinking in their hearts he said to them "why
are you thinking these things? Which is easier:
to say to this paralysed man, 'your sins are
forgiven' or to say Get up, take your mat and
walk'? But because I want you to know that
the son of man has authority on earth to
forgive sins" he said to the man "I tell you, get
up, take your mat and go home". He got up in
full view of them all. This amazed everyone
and they praised God saying, "we have never
seen anything like this!"

Stop deceiving your self.

woman with bleeding
After that little showdown word of Jesus
Christ spread through out the country people
from every corner of the region came to see
him, he healed the sick, freed the demon
possessed and cure the the diseased. They
came to him by the thousands and he cured
them all! There was this one time when the
people tried to make him king but he refused
saying that "this is not the way ". "Brother
what are you doing, who better to lead us to
freedom from the Romans if not you, you
always said that you will be king, what if this
is it?" I questioned "you don't understand
James, my kingdom is not of this world. And the
Romans should be the least of your problems.
The whole world is under the influence of
satan and therefore stands condemned and
are doomed for destruction and death. my
mission is to take the keys of death from
hades, redeem all peoples and bring them
back to God who offers eternal life in place of
death and generally bring salvation to
everyone". "Including the Romans?" Asked
Philip "including them" said Jesus "can't be
all of them, half the evil they commit gives
wickedness a whole new meaning, surely
Caesar is not worthy of salvation" protested
Philip. "Anyone is entitled to God's salvation"
said Jesus "really, pontius Pilate too? "
continued Philip "Anyone Philip !" As we were
making a list of people who can't and can be
saved(Philip and I, the rest were doing more
relevant task) A synagogue leader came and
knelt before Jesus and said, "my daughter has
just died. But come and put your hand on her
and she will live." Jesus got up and went with
him, and we all followed.
Just then I saw a woman whom I knew had
been subject to bleeding for 12 years( in my
youthful days I used to go see her neighbor's
daughter Salome ) came up behind Jesus and
touched the edge of his cloak. As she did that
a force field emanated from Jesus and spread
all over the the crowd. Immediately Jesus
stopped and said "who touched me" and peter
replied "Lord you see the crowd and how they
all press against you and you still can ask a
question like this?" "Somebody touched me
and when they did I felt power come out of me
and into someone " when the woman could
not hold it in any longer she knelt down in
front of Jesus saying " Lord I your daughter
has had an issue of bleeding for 12 years I
have spent a fortune trying to get help for
myself but it all proved futile, when I heard
you were passing by I rushed out to you
thinking if only I could touch his cloak I will
be healed. When Jesus turned and saw her he
said "take heart daughter, your faith has
healed you". And the woman was healed at
that moment.
I just stood there thinking to myself wow my
brother you amaze me everyday so now they
don't have to come and ask, all they have to
do is touch you and they get what they want
cool! soon they probably wouldn't have to
touch you, All they have to do is Just think
about you and ask in their hearts.
When Jesus got to the synagogue leader's
house and saw the noisy crowd playing pipes,
he said, "go away. The girl is not dead but
asleep." But they laughed at him. After the
crowd had been sent outside, he went in and
took the girl by the hand, and she got up.
News of this spread through out all that
region.

calming of the storm
Jesus' popularity then was so much that he
couldn't enter a town openly or move about
freely anymore, so he decided to sail to a
solitary place were he could meditate. while he
was sleeping below deck we, disciples
recounted tales of our missionary journeys he had
sent us on weeks earlier after he anointed
us. Bartholomew said "i casted out twin evil
spirits in Tyre it was awesome" Simon said "I
cured a man born blind". "I want to make a
record of this, you know write down the
biography of our Lord" said Matthew. "Good
idea" commended John."the wind is getting
stronger" I noted to the rest, "it's nothing it
will pass" assured peter. "Guys did you see
how The Lord saved Madeline from being
stoned to death" said Andrew. "Man that was
awesome". " let he who is without sin cast the
first stone" mimicked John " I wondered how
he knew to use that one singular sentence to
solve the problem?" "he is God how could he
not know". "I heard a husband use the line on
his wife once when she caught him cheating
...the wife stoned him." said Philip and they
all laughed. Then all of a sudden a hard wave
hit the boat BOOOM and it rocked it hard to
the side. We rushed up to see what was
happening and what I saw made my heart
jump out of my mouth (okay it almost did ) .
"No cause for alarm "said peter "it's a little
whirlwind the ship can take it."
"No" said Thomas "it's a tornado on water! "
he exclaimed. But peter quickly rebuffed him
"Tom it's not a tornado, sea tornados come
with lightning and hailstorm", "see, no
lightning just light rain." CRAAAAAAACKKK!!!
A flash of lightening pierced the sky "you had
to open your mouth" said Matthew and then
everything happened all at once : Lightning
struck the first rigging of the boat that
rendered steering useless, windy after shocks
caused by the clashing of two opposing waves
was sent pivoting our way, the force coming
from the tornado, because of the direction in
which it was rotating was pulling our ship
toward it and the massive wave upon massive
wave that struck the sides of the Boat was
not helping. when our both was within a
dangerously close proximity with the tornado, We were able to see straight into the center of the storm and what we saw made Philip scream: " WE ARE GONNA
DIEEEE!" "No we are not" peter barked. " john
the life lines, Andrew, Simon secure the main
sails, zebedee brothers empty the ship,
Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew port to
starboard," .............. WE ARE GANNA
DIEEEE!.............. "James, get The Lord
" ..............WE ARE GANNA DIEEEE!........ "You
two put out the fires " "Oh and Philip" WE
ARE GANNA DI- Yes "SHUT UP!" When The
Lord came up peter spoke " lord, save us! We
are gonna drown!"
He replied "you of little faith, why are you so
afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the
winds and waves "Be Calm". it was almost a
whisper but the words reverberated through
the wind, the waves, the storm itself and in an
instant everything was completely calm.
Almost as if nothing ever happened. We were
all amazed and asked ... "What kind of man is
this ? Even the winds and the waves obey
him!"

5000 people
Some time after this Jesus crossed to the far
shore of the Sea of Galilee ( that is the sea of
Tiberias), and a great crowd of people
followed him because they saw the signs that
he had performed by healing those who were
ill. Then Jesus went up on a mountainside
and sat down with his disciples. The Jewish
Passover festival was near.
When Jesus looked up and saw a great crowd
coming towards him, he said to Philip, "where
shall we buy bread for these people to eat?"
He asked.
Philip answered him " Baba kosowo o (no
money) and it would take more than a years
wages to buy enough bread for each one to
have a bite!
Another disciple, Andrew Simon peter's
brother, spoke up, 'here is a boy with five
small barley loaves and two small fish, but
how far will they go among so many?"
Then Jesus said, "make the people sit down."
There was plenty of grass in that place, and
they sat down( about five thousand men were
there). Jesus then took the loaves, gave
thanks and distributed to those who were
seated as much as they wanted. He did the
same with the fish.
When they had all had enough to eat he said
to his disciples, "gather the pieces that are
left over. Let nothing be wasted." So they
gathered them and filled twelve baskets with
the pieces of the five barley loaves left over
by those who had eaten.
After the people saw the sign that Jesus
performed, they began to say. "Surely this is
the prophet who is to come into the world ."
Jesus knowing that they intended to come and
make him king by force, withdrew again to a
mountain by himself

Walking on water
When evening came, his disciples went down
to the lake, where they got into a boat and set
off across the lake for capernaum. By now it
was dark and Jesus had not yet joined them.
A strong wind was blowing and the waters
grew rough. "Oh, common not again! " said
Mathew "and this time The Lord is not here "
said John, " wait let me try" offered Philip "I
am Philip I rebuke you before you get worse
be calm" DUNK! The mini wave struck the
starboard of the boat, it's force sent Philip
flying till he hit his head on the mast and was
knocked out . When they had rowed out about
three or four miles they saw Jesus
approaching the boat, walking on the water
and they were frightened. "No way" said
Andrew, "is that... him" asked john "impossible
" declared Thomas "you still use that word
around him" retorted James . But Jesus said
to them " it is I; don't be afraid" then peter
replied "lord if it is you let me come to you on
the water" . "Come " said Jesus and to every
ones amazement even peter's himself, he was
also walking on the water. Philip could not
close his mouth eventually he fainted, thought
he was seeing ghosts. After Peter had walked
a few steps on the water he looked down and I
could see the fear in his eyes. He screamed
"lord help me! " and fell in. " you of little
faith" chided Jesus as he reached out his
hand to grab him, then they both climbed
aboard and immediately the boat reached the
shore that they were headed. (Note I said
Immediately) Nothing could describe our
experience that night Jesus is God. To us it's
an irrefutable fact.

Lazarus
About eight days after, Jesus took Peter, John
and I, James with him up to the mountain to
pray.
As he was praying, the appearance of his face
changed, and his clothes became as bright as
a flash of lightning. Two men, Moses and
Elijah, appeared in glorious splendor talking
with Jesus . They spoke about his departure,
which he was about to bring to fulfillment at
Jerusalem. My companions and I were very
sleepy but when we became fully awake, we
saw his glory and the two men standing with
him. As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter
said to him, "master, it is Good for us to be
here. Let us put up three shelters one for you,
one Moses and one for Elijah ( he did not
know what he was saying.)
While he was speaking, a cloud appeared and
covered us, and we were afraid. As we entered
the cloud. A voice came from the cloud saying
"this is my son, whom I have chosen ; listen to
him."
When the voice had spoken we found that
Jesus was alone. The disciples kept this to
themselves and did not tell anyone at that
time what they had seen.
Getting back to the others Thomas came to
him with a letter that read that his friend
Lazarus is ill handing it to him he said "this
came in two days ago" when Jesus saw it he
said " this illness will not end in death. No it
is for God's glory so that God's son may be
glorified through it" staying two more days
after the news he told his disciples "let us go
back"." Go back? " they asked "but lord, a
while ago the jews there tried to stone you,
and yet you want to go back?" "Our friend
Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going
there to wake him up". Then Philip replied if
he sleeps, he will get better". Clarifying to
Philip I said "dude he means he is dead, he
wasn't talking about a natural sleep".
Then Jesus said plainly "Lazarus is dead and
for your sake I am glad I was not there, so
that you may believe. But let us go to him"
Thomas said "let us go too that we may die
with him cos they are surely going to kill him."
on arrival it was discovered that Lazarus has been dead and buried
in the tomb for four days. when Lazarus sister
Martha heard that Jesus has come she rushed
out to meet him on the way but her sister
Madeline stayed at home.
"Lord" she began "if you had been here my
brother would not have died. But I know that
even now God will give you whatever you ask"
Jesus said to her "your brother will rise again".
"He is going to raise someone that's been
dead for four days? What if he can't the doit
what if the flesh has decayed which is very
likely would they still want Lazarus back"
asked Philip "it's why we are here, to die with
him if it comes to it" said Thomas. Answering
Jesus, Martha said "I know he will rise again
on the last day."
Jesus said to her "I am the resurrection and
the life. The one who believes in me will live
even though they die; and the one who lives
by believing in me will never die. Do you
believe this."
"Yes, Lord" she replied " I believe that you are
the messiah, the son of God, who is to come
into this world".
When Madeline met Jesus she knelt down and
wept saying "Lord, if you had been here my
brother would not have died". "Where have
you laid him he ask. "come and see" she
replied.
Jesus wept(....what am I suppose to describe
how he wept? ...... How do you weep when you
loose a dear one, that's how he wept)
When Jesus got to the tomb with a stone laid
across the entrance, he asked that the stone
be taken away.
"But Lord," said Martha "by this Time there is
a bad odor, for he has been there four days."
Then Jesus said "did I not tell you that if you
believe, you would see the glory of God?"
So they took away the stone. Then Jesus
looked up and said, "father I thank you that
you have heard me. I knew that you always
hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the
people standing here, that they may believe
that you sent me."
When he said this Jesus called in a loud voice,
" LAZARUS, COME OUT!" Then there was
silence, the tension in the air was almost
tangible could he really do this they thought,
it's been four days, the skin is decayed. A
shuffling of feet was heard and the dead man
came out his hands and feet wrapped in linen
and a cloth around his face, some fainted
merely imagining what he would look like
behind the burial cloth most of them and
including me knew he could raise the dead, he
had done it a lot of times but could he restore
the dead skin or would Lazarus be alive in a
dead body, that was our area of doubt and
seeing Lazarus coming out of the cave
wrapped in burial clothes from head to foot
only worsened the tension caused by our
curiosity. Is he whole made anew or is he half
restored : that was the question on everyone's
lips.
"Take of the grave clothes and let him go "
said Jesus and as soon as that was done, to
everyone amazement (yet again) Lazarus was
as whole and as complete as any man can be!
When I saw this, in reverence I bowed and and
the crowd did the same every one worshiped
and praised him, even the Jews that swore to
kill him believed in him that day. it was
indescribable no one has ever seen anything
quite like this!

2.
Boy with a demon
Weeks after Lazarus, we were at a synagogue
gathering and The Lord was inside teaching
the people. And outside the disciples were
having a heated argument about who is the
greatest among them, when a man brought
his demon possessed son for deliverance. He
said "help me, my boy has been possessed by
demons, many times the spirit have tried to
kill him, it throws him into a fit and then makes
him hurt himself." Then john replied " you
came to the right place sir, we the messiah's
disciples can handle it, your son will be free
momentarily". Then he looked at the boy and
said. "You evil spirit tormenting the boy I
order you to come out!" The boy whose eyes
had been closed since his father had been
talking, suddenly opened them, looked at John
and said to him "fly!" John was lifted up into
the air, and then thrown backwards and
slamming against a wall, and I heard the
demon say "too proud never, stood a chance "
then Matthew came and stretch out one hand
saying "not so fast you infernal entity, you
must leave this boy's body" and then the
demon boy replied "tax collector! have you
forgiven yourself for cheating your own people, during your tax collecting days?" Matthew
could not answer "then how can you come
and stand before me". He grabbed Matthew by
the wrist raised him up with one hand and
then smashed through a window. One second
he was by a window far off; another second
he was standing in front of Andrew "yes" he
said "I wanted this to happen you now lack
confidence in yourself after what you have
seen me do with the other two, then he picked
Andrew up and started to rain punches on him
Till blood began to spew from his mouth. "let
him go !" Thomas intervened. " ah, doubting
Thomas, a man of facts and rationalism,
never always believe until he sees " he talked
as if six people were talking all at once inside
of him. " let me show you what is more than
your science" then he pointed at Thomas and
Thomas rose off the ground growling in pain,
and when the demon boy jerked his hand to
the left, Thomas flew to the left with such
force that he would slam the wall on the left,
when he jerked it to the right, Thomas flew to
the right and slam the wall there with great
force. Finally the demon boy traced his hand
to the ground and Thomas came crashing
down, he held two other disciples by the neck
then tossed both of them away one to the left
and another to the right and lastly : "Enough!"
Peter ordered. "you will no longer wipe the
floor with us" Philip added. "Philip I was
gonna say he will no longer give us difficulty, when you say wipe the floor you shame us. "
said peter then facing the demon he said "this
ends now". "Peter, my favorite... Quite the
authority and confidence but deep down...."
CRAAAACK! lightning came from the sky and
the demon boy held it in hands ".... You and I
know that you lack the necessary the faith!"
And he threw the lightning he held at
peter."Peter noooooooo!" I screamed. I
thought peter was a goner... then The Lord
arrived, caught the lightning on his hand and
dispersed it upward. The father of the boy had
gone to get him from inside. when Jesus saw
all the commotion he asked " what happened
here?" The father of the demon boy replied
"teacher I brought you my son, who is
possessed by a spirit that has robbed him if
speech "robbed of speech" I ask "this guy can
talk with the voice of six people". "That is not
my son's voice, Whenever it seizes him, it
throws him to the ground. He foams at the
mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I
asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but
they couldn't ". I noticed that the demon
possessed boy have not moved a muscle since
Jesus came out, it just stood there quietly
watching him intently.
"You unbelieving generation," Jesus replied,
"how long shall I stay with you? How long
shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me."
So they brought the boy to him. When the
spirit came close to Jesus it immediately
threw the boy into a convulsion, he fell to
the ground rolled around foaming at the
mouth. "How long has he been like this?"
Jesus asked.
"From childhood," the man answered. It has
often thrown him into fire or water to kill him.
But if you can do anything, take pity on us
and help us."
" 'If you can'?" Said Jesus. "Everything is
possible for the one who believes."
Immediately the boy's father exclaimed, "I do
believe" looking at the beaten and battered
disciples he said, "help my unbelief!"
Then Jesus looked at the boy with authority
radiating his body he ordered the impure spirit
"you deaf and mute spirit, I command you,
come out of him and never enter him again."
The spirit shrieked "nooo, noooo
graaaaaaaaaR! ", convulsed the boy violently,
suspended him in mid-air and came out of him in the form of a black smoke.
and the boy fell to the ground. The boy looked
so much like a corpse that they said, "he's
dead". But Jesus took him by the hand and
lifted him to his feet, and he stood up.
When they were indoors the disciples asked
"Lord, why couldn't we drive it out?"
He replied "this kind can come out only by
prayer". He continued " and complete unison
with the spirit of God, if you miss any one of
the fruits of the Holy Spirit, you miss all".

Resurrection and ascension
A lot happened after our triumphant entry into
Jerusalem things quickly got bad judas the
weasel had betrayed our Lord for a mere thirty
pieces of silver, Jesus had been tried and
sentenced to death by crucifixion " told you
...didn't i ?" Said Philip "Pilate and Herod
....don't deserve saving". we were lost and
confused. On the cross the greatest thing
happened: immediately he said 'it is finished'
and died, thick darkness covered the whole
land it was like night but it was day then a
great earthquake, one that's unlike any we
have ever experienced before shook the world
tombs split open and to my utter amazement
people who have been dead a longtime,
resurrected and were united with their loved
ones, it was so wow even in death he
distributed life!
Which would mean that his promise of eternal
life for those who believe in him is authentic,
because everywhere he was, he gave life which he
seemed to have in abundance.
After that he was buried by a devout. On the
third day we were gathered at a room
discussing what to do next(well we wanted to
discuss our next move but all we could talk
about was Jesus). "Have you forgotten all
that he thought us!" Peter said "he said he
would rise again on the third day, we should
have faith and wait ", "come on Pete, you
think about it" said Andrew "granted he can
raise people from the dead but to resurrect
things shouldn't the giver of said life have to
be alive to restore life? So how can he dead, then
rise to life to resurrect himself again? It's
confusing, besides it's the third day and
nothing has happened"."perhaps he was
speaking in parables when he said three days"
added James ( john's brother). " and besides"
said Bartholomew "no one in the history of the
prophets have ever done such, to come back
from the grave". Philip replied "no one in the
history of the prophets have ever done

said "peace be with you! As the father sent me
so I send you.' And with that he breathed on
us and said,"receive the Holy Spirit. If you
forgive anyone their sins, they will be forgiven;
if you do not forgive them, they are not
forgiven."
"What trickery is this, who put you up to this?
Mary? Pilate? To mock him? " Jesus replied
"Thomas it is I Jesus " . But he said "until I
put my hands on the wounds in your palms
and on your side, I will not believe." Then
Jesus said to Thomas, "put your finger here;
see my hands. Reach out your hand and put
it on my side. Ghost or illusions do not have
flesh and blood, Stop doubting and believe."
Thomas said to him, "My Lord and My God!"
Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen
me, you have believed; blessed are those who
have not seen yet have believed."
He opened their minds so they could
understand the scriptures. He told them, "this
is what is written: the Messiah will suffer and
rise from the dead on the third day, and
repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be
preached in his name to all nations, beginning
at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these
things. I am going to send you what my
Father promised; but stay in the city until you
have been clothed with power from on high."
Then he led us out to the valley of Bethany,
he lifted his hands and blessed us. As he was
blessing us he began to levitate then ascend
upwards. John said "Oh -my -god " looking at
Jesus, Philip exclaimed "Oh my You, I can't
believe it !". "You are flying " I obviously
stated. "the LORD's got more swagg than Elijah" shouted Philip. 'twas unbelievable but
amazing, he ascended higher and higher and
we just kept watching and then finally he said
though he wasn't shouting we could hear him
clearly "all authority in heaven and on earth
has been given to me. Therefore go and make
disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the father and of the son and of the
Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you. And surely
I am with you always, to the very end of age."
And with that the clouds covered him and he
was taken up to heaven.

Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in the gospels as you know them. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the messiah, the son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

Resurrection and ascension
A lot happened after our triumphant entry into
Jerusalem things quickly got bad judas the
weasel had betrayed our Lord for a mere thirty
pieces of silver, Jesus had been tried and
sentenced to death by crucifixion " told you
...didn't i ?" Said Philip "Pilate and Herod
....don't deserve saving". we were lost and
confused. On the cross the greatest thing
happened: immediately he said 'it is finished'
and died, thick darkness covered the whole
land it was like night but it was day then a
great earthquake, one that's unlike any we
have ever experienced before shook the world
tombs split open and to my utter amazement
people who have been dead a longtime,
resurrected and were united with their loved
ones, it was so wow even in death he
distributed life!
Which would mean that his promise of eternal
life for those who believe in him is authentic,
because everywhere he was, he gave life which he
seemed to have in abundance.
After that he was buried by a devout. On the
third day we were gathered at a room
discussing what to do next(well we wanted to
discuss our next move but all we could talk
about was Jesus). "Have you forgotten all
that he thought us!" Peter said "he said he
would rise again on the third day, we should
have faith and wait ", "come on Pete, you
think about it" said Andrew "granted he can
raise people from the dead but to resurrect
things shouldn't the giver of said life have to
be alive to restore life? So how can he dead, then
