I think they have their interview today or sometime this week , if you wrote their test? then I think its in relation to your application, maybe your email or something was wrongly spelt, if you have tried calling? which you didn't state for reasons beat known to you, then try to find out the date of the interview and go early to rectify whatever the issue is, all the best

I got the same mail too and once you click on the links provided, they will get ur email password and you won't have access to your account again.
