My advice to Nairaland is to add an advertisement service . So that not only would Nairaland be distributing it's ads on their own site but also on other sites.

Benefits:
- Make your adverts more effective than now
- Increase income for Nairaland
- Become Africa's largest ad network and to the world at large.
- Compete with Google AdSense. Trust me on this you can
- Provide employment opportunities for Nigerians through internet web business

Let's look at it this way too. Nigerians spend their money to advertise on Google AdSense when there can be a Nigerian made ad network, money in circulation for Nigeria reduces. If it's spent on Nigerian ad it would improve. Consider my plea

Fellow Nairalanders if you support this say Yes!!!

Thanks. Alas, competing with companies like Google is no fun since your success depends entirely on them, not you. They have to drop the ball.

Good idea..

Honestly, this would be a very good idea. You don't need to compete with google but you will have the greater share of the Nigerian market. Give it a thought.

Nothing is impossible

If you believe you can do it and work hard towards it. you will. Google ain't God. They started from the bottom.

Nairaland has good SEO, they get lots of traffic from google and trying to compete with google which feed them May affect its search traffic.

Thanks Mr. Seun.
They can set it up on an entirely new domain

Nairaland's data capacity won't be able to carry that

Maybe a good idea then promote/push it via nairaland.

Needs a good team to get that and it may pay at the end of the day if well planned and implemented.

Oga Seun you can look into this Ryan idea.

this will create massive employment. Nairaland would move from internet website to a world leading brand. think deeply about this

Create an ad network for test run,
after some weeks let's see if it works out well , if not you can stop.

Give it a shot

I am curious. What does it take to create one

I support this idea very much.

More benefits:
1. Since money advertisers are spending are spent in Nigeria, our naira wouldn't devalue as fast as presently
2. More and more bloggers(in Nigeria and maybe outside) would use this service therefore earning more
3. Not just more customers for nairaland but also more loyals
4. It's just a superb idea joor

Seun and lalasticlala please consider this...

This is one thing some of these supposed webmasters fail to get. Sometime ago, on this forum , a guy built a search blog abi na website him call am on Google's blogger, he was like his search engine is gonna surpass google search. People went on cheering him up on the thread. All those "believe in your dreams kinda talk..." And I was like , young man, what da f*** are you saying?? I got bashed as usual.
Re: Let Nairaland Have Its Adnetwork by KnowMore: 6:57pm On Aug 24, 2016
Am in support of this. Nairaland is very popular website within west African market.

If people get to see advert on other site from Nairaland land it will be great.

We needs this too. The prayer of every webmaster is to rank. In ten years from now, you can get any information you need via Nairaland.

This forum can one day serve as west African most preffred search engine.

Seun we need this from you.
