Wickedness. The hearts of men are desperately wicked.

But why is that guy calling on the governor when he can act fast on his own to rescue the poor child before he dies or seriously injured. Waiting on Nigerian government is like wasting time.

The poor child really need help from anybody not only from the government.

What's there abeg OP should shift go toilet. What did the boy do I have witnessed worse. Some of us were prevented from becoming armed robbers by beatings like this. All the whiteman wannabes with serious value problems.
